Ingredients
๐ฌ 1/4 cup erythritol
๐ 1 tbsp cinnamon
๐ Bread Ingredients:
๐ฌ 1/4 cup erythritol
๐ง 1/4 cup butter, softened
๐ฅ 3 large eggs
๐ฟ 1 tsp vanilla extract
๐ฅ 1/4 cup heavy cream
๐ฐ 2 cups almond flour
๐ฟ 1 tsp ground nutmeg or cinnamon
๐ง 1 tsp baking powder
๐ง A pinch of salt (optional)
๐ฐ Icing:
๐ฌ 4 tbsp powdered erythritol
๐ฅ 2 tbsp heavy cream
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF. In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup erythritol with cinnamon and set aside.
Beat butter with eggs and 1/4 cup erythritol, then add heavy cream and mix.
Stir in vanilla extract, almond flour, nutmeg, baking powder, and salt until combined.
Place half the dough in a greased loaf pan, sprinkle with 3/4 of the cinnamon erythritol mixture, add the remaining dough, and top with the rest of the mixture.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, let cool for 15 minutes, then mix icing ingredients and pour over the bread. Serve and enjoy!
