Ingredients
๐ 2 ripe bananas
๐ฐ 2 cups almond flour
๐ฅ 3 large eggs
๐ฏ 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

๐ฅ 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
๐ง 1/4 teaspoon salt
๐ฟ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
3. Add the eggs, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas, and whisk until well combined.
4. In a separate bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
5. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. If desired, fold in walnuts or dark chocolate chips for an extra nutritious boost.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
