Ingredients

๐ŸŒ 2 ripe bananas

๐ŸŒฐ 2 cups almond flour

๐Ÿฅš 3 large eggs

๐Ÿฏ 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

๐Ÿฅ„ 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

๐Ÿฅ„ 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

๐Ÿง‚ 1/4 teaspoon salt

๐ŸŒฟ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

๐ŸŒฐ๐Ÿซ Optional: 1/2 cup walnuts or dark chocolate chips for added texture and flavor


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper for easy removal.

2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

3. Add the eggs, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas, and whisk until well combined.

4. In a separate bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

5. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. If desired, fold in walnuts or dark chocolate chips for an extra nutritious boost.

6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

8. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
