Ingredients

๐ฅ 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
๐ง 1/2 cup diced onion
๐ถ๏ธ 1/2 cup diced green pepper
๐ฐ 1/2 cup almond flour
๐ง 1 tsp baking powder
๐ง 1/2 tsp salt
๐ง 1/4 tsp black pepper
๐ฅ 3 large eggs
๐ฅ 1/2 cup heavy cream
๐ง 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
๐ฅซ 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
3. Add the diced onion and green pepper to the skillet and cook until they are softened, about 3-4 minutes.
4. In a separate bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
5. Add the almond flour mixture to the skillet with the ground beef and vegetables. Stir until well combined.
6. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until smooth.
7. Add the egg mixture, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet. Stir until everything is well combined.
8. Pour the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish.
9. Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pie is set.
10. Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
