(90g, plus 1 tbsp for topping, optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the coconut flour, brown sweetener, softened butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
Use a hand mixer to blend the dough until smooth, then fold in the dark chocolate chips with a spatula.
Shape the dough into 15 small balls and place them on the baking sheet. Flatten each ball into a cookie shape.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges turn slightly golden.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 20 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Feel free to add more chocolate chips on top for extra chocolate goodness!
